New Game Idea

I have a patent for a devise that I had invented years ago. A swimming devise that helps youngsters learn how to swim. The company I was dealing with produced the item, called, “The Water Wasp” and had them for sale in England where the company was located. I know the company made the item because I had purchased one for my school where I was working. However, I never received any royalties. When I complained, I was told that the company was sold and the new owners had no idea what I was talking about. Yeah! I had other inventions stolen and still others evaluated with good grades but now sitting on the shelf. My newest idea is an adapted version of a very popular game which I know will be a big hit in schools, colleges, YMCA’s, camps or where people congregate to play sports. I presented the idea to an invention company and they think the idea is great and want to present it to companies who might want to produce it. However, there is a catch; money, I cannot afford their preliminary fee and other costs which they say I must pay, etc. Their cut would be 10%. I am a disabled veteran on a limited income and cannot afford to pay. Any help out there, for a cut.
